Rear Window Clips

Does anyone happen to have picture or instructions for the clips that go on the rear window before the glass goes in. The FSM is very vaque. and I have 2 clips that came from RT specialties the can either go on the sides or the bottom of the window ledge.

Here is a picture of the rear window opening lower channel. Holes are on both sides are these used for alignment clips? Does any one know?
