If Wheel Vintiques can't do it, I don't think anybody can.
BTW, Wheel Vintiques has been bought-out by Coker Tire recently.

I've done it myself, when Wheel Vintiques refused to give me a price......Idiots kept trying to sell me something I couldn't use........ I'd do it again if I needed them again.
