buildsheet help/barn find 71 rt challenger

I drug home a fe5 340 r/t today. The Buildsheet is a mystery to me as always. I really want to know about the stripe. At the end of the second line it appears there is a box for the stripe and it says 6X. The axle code is 015. steering wheel is 77TT. The wheels are coded as road-29, color FE5, spare 00, wheel cover 54. the second line shows the trans to be 13 ( I assume 3-speed), and this line shows axle 53. Any Help?
All the build sheet decoders I find on the net shows what look more like fender tag codes. I have yet to find the tag since some stuff is still in bags and boxes.

6X is in a box in the V section. V + 6X = V6X Black side stripes in black.

D + 13 = D13 - Three speed Manual.

D + 53 = D53 3.23 rear end ratio

015 - Last three digits of the axle part number.

For the actual steering wheel, drop down to the S section in the bottom line.

Steering wheel is #1.

What's up with the wheel codes? Why does it call for the FE5 color? What does the 29 mean and 00 on the spare?

29 - Last two digits of the wheel part number. FE5 to match the body color (dog dish hub caps)

00 - Spare identical to above wheels
