What plants where the "OK" check stamps exclusive to? Where these utilized at the St. Louis plant back in the day?

Never seen one on my '68-'70 St.Louis built cars, most of which were original when I got them. Wasn't on any of my '68-'69 Chargers, either - I don't recall where they were built. I think it's a Lynch Road thing, not sure.
Someone here will know.

FWIW, I don't know what/where they were used, but my brother's 66-300 has it on the rad suppport.
