Late model 5 speed to an LA 360?

friend of mine is parting out a 2002 Ram truck. It has the 3.7 6 cylinder and 5 speed trans. Will this trans bolt up to the LA style 360 motor?

YES,, but you will need to convert the clutch linkage to hyd.
