block heater 02 300M?

My neighbor has a 2002 Chrysler 300M and the block heater cord is shot. Does anyone know of a replacement part number for just the cord?
NAPA, and Carquest both are saying they neither the heater or a cord.
I did a quickie Google search and and can't seem to find any mention of a factory P/N for either. Dealer is of no use, as they said they can't find one listed. Any ideas?

Got a pic of the old cord? I have a like new one I pulled off my wife's Sebring as we never used the heater. Plug is orange color, looks kinda like a voltage regulator connecter. It also has a connector for a battery blanket. EDIT: added a pic.

Thats the one! The gooofy thing in the middle is from what I can figure out is a thermostat that apparently only allows a connection below a certain temp.
