How tight has anyone spun the new hemi to?
1 With stock rockers?
2 With aftermarket rockers?

A local drag pack guy told me they spun their 6.1 to 8500+ with stock rockers. His builder had done some lifter and oiling mods but he didn't know specifics.

TD has 2 set of rockers. One I didn't know about. It's a plate just like the jesel system.
But if they did indeed go 8500 rpm with stockers I would rather use the stock ones.

I know my buddy's stocker goes to the moon (8500+) on stock stuff. Doesn't sound like it's anything to worry too much about.

One thing is for sure the G3 hemis didn't get screwed in the rocker arm area like the old G2s did.

Anyone try running lash caps yet?

I buzz mine 7500-8000. T & D rockers, solid roller.

Didnt like the look of the rocker pad and lash caps thru its motion. Even after moving the shaft around, I just wasnt liking it. Cap looked like it could've been spit out.
