I recently was able to get a factory sunroof and power windows from a parts car.
I am going to add it to my Challenger.
This is a little scary cutting such a large hole in the car.
Here are some pictures of the progress.
Merry Christmas
Dave

The tricky part is I'm trying to save the gator grain top that is already on it.
So far it looks like it is going to work.
I need to mount the box permently and finish cut the roof panel.

A heat gun works wonders on the vinyl top if you need to work around it. I peeled back quite a few originals to fix the bad factory seam under the sail panel areas. It goes back on quite nicely. Never peeled back a gator top but pretty sure it will work the same.
Here are a couple pics.

All the drains are run and the box is installed.
Waiting until it is cured and then some spot welds.

Update please!!!!! With more pictures!!!

What did you do to make the roof edge for the sunroof? Did you cut and splice a piece in or did you form the edge using existing metal?

I'm planning out my Superbee to get a sunroof.

Been down with the flu and should get back to it soon.
The flange is the box once installed.
There were many spot welds around the outside of the opening.
Looks as though the company installing these mounted the box ,cut the hole and then spot welded the edge and finish ground it.
On the rear corners they left s little extra and folded under there.
I checked the new top material against what was on the car and the color of my top has faded some so I am going to remove it and install the complete top now.
New slider panel material should arrive from Legendary next week.

Started adding the headliner.
Here we are using the bows to pull it up around the top opening.
We are reusing the headliner that was in the car before the sunroof.
The trick was to get the holes from where the mirror , visors , ect to line up.
It came out good.
