Can anyone tell me. If I change over to E85, will my aluminum fuel cell and 1/2" aluminum fuel lines work ok with this fuel? Or will it damage them? I know I need a different carb. My fuel regulator is a Aeromotive A2000.

All types of alcohol will suck moisture out of the air into the fuel, when that happens it can change the mix into a corrosive mixture hat will harm uncoated aluminum of all types whiney
Hence the protective coatings on all alcohol carbs. and fuel lines and fittings.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news blush
Take action now to prevent future damages to your parts thumbs
The effort is worth the results up

You also need to buy one of the testers out there to verify it is E-85.Here in Oklahoma when I tried E-85 it was anywhere from 60 to 87.

I switched mine all to stainless. I do have a neon in the shop that ran run of the mill aluminum line and fillings. when we pulled it apart it all looked really good. srt motor on e-85. would set for weeks at a time. Your experience may vary I guess.......

Switched 2 years ago to E-85. Same bare al.cell, lines, pump, filter, etc. Zero corrosion issues.Only problem is if the car sits undriven for a couple weeks the accelerator pump check valves want to stick. Pull the squirter and wiggle them while moving the pump arm to free them up and its good to go.I do drain the fuel system and flush it with gas when storing for winter.
