One is a racing only wheel and the lightest thing you can buy. One is more of a street legal, heavier construction. The Vison wheel looks good!

The Vision wheel is only 4.5 inches wide while the Weld wheels come in different widths and backspacing. So if the Vision rim works for you then great but best to double check first.

I run the 17" x 4.5" Weld "v"series on the front of my '70 Cuda and have no troubles. Even though on these wheels there isn't any warnings of Drag Only or not for Highway use i wouldn't push them hard into corners and go real careful on or crappy roads we have here to.

The main reason for my post was that I am shocked by the massive price difference. Hey T-bar keep an eye out for cracks.

With a set of drag front runners the Weld's are like Frisbee's they are so light.

Expensive frisbee's.

I have 4 sets of different wheels for my Barracuda, I tell the wife they are like womens shoes up

I have just scored a cheap pair of 15x8 WELD Aluma Stars CHEAP so Im looking for a pair of front runners to match up, the Weld front are nice but not safe holding up a big block and cornering.
