NoFrills OP super stock N Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 743 East Brunswick New Jersey	I have a 340 block that needs to get remachined on the front face. The timing cover always has trouble sealing coolant. Was wondering it anyone has ever cut this surface. Attached PDF document 3409.pdf (29 downloads)

NoFrills OP super stock N Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 743 East Brunswick New Jersey	I was told it was epoxyed once before. The last time it was hot tanked it took it all off. Was also thinking about possibly spot facing around the hole with a annual cutter in a magnetic drill and putting a o ring in the hole.

It has sealed stat necks that would not seal (drawfiled flat/gaskets/RTV). live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
