Do you want a new stamped steel part like a factory cover, or something like an aluminum upgrade?

The Milodon #65650 is a decent steel cover for the money.

I have the Milodon 65650 and it doesn't leak, it's a nice rigid piece.

Indy covers don't fit under stock water pumps.

Watch the stock ones or cheap chrome ones. I always use a cam button to limit thrust and if you watch the cheapie they will bulge out

I'm using the 440 Source cover on my motor with a roller cam. Just clocked over a 1,000 miles on it this year and still bone dry. Website claims they're US made.

I saw one of 440 Source polished aluminum fabricated covers in their blem section, I ask about it and was told it was return do it not being exactly flat.
I'm building a high dollar all new parts 572 C.I. Hemi motor for show car guy that wants everything chromed or polished, I had one of AR Engr. aluminum timing cover on the shelf but the stock water pump won't clear it so I order two of the fabricated polished aluminum 440 Source ones, one of them rocked on the hemi block and one didn't confused I called them about the bent one and they told me all of them will be slightly bent due to heat warpage when they are welded up work They said to bolt the bent one on the block to see if it will flatten out and seal up shruggy
I installed the front seal in the other non bent one and it is bent now shock runaway
I'm going to bolt it on and see if I can get a .0015 feeler gauge to slide in all the way around it without a gasket, if I can I will use a gasket and some adhesive silicone gasket sealer to seal it up and pray it doesn't leak luck
IHTHs thumbs

The aluminum water pump housing will clear my billet timing chain cover. You might need to grind a little bit on the back side of a cast iron water pump housing to get it to clear but who uses a cast iron water pump housing anymore?

Neither one of my Mopar brand aluminum water pump housing would clear on that World block shruggy
I used yours on one of my roller cam race motors for the thrust button, it has a 1/4 thick front motor plate on it up

Should bolt right on. I've been using aluminum water pump housings with my billet covers for years. Here is a picture.
