I just pulled the engine apart in a car I bought earlier this summer and its got an old mushroom tappet GK cam in it.

The part # is A5X 310-A. Checking the lift with calipers is shows a little over .600 and I think the duration is maybe 310? Any body with an old catalog that could help me with this?
