Pros and cons on starting a new engine with a 671 blower installed?
I've had a few suggestions to break the cam in without using the supercharger.
Your thoughts please.

I'm probably at least a week away from start-up.
Still working on a test stand.
My springs are single (a damper strip inside)
I'll build it "Full speed ahead".

It would be a hair quieter if you break in the cam with a single 4 intake. slightly better chance of hearing whether or not the cam wipes. But it won't hurt with the blower on, it won't build boost while breaking the cam in.
