IN NEED OF A 80 DODGE STEPSIDE STEP FOR LEFT SIDE. CAN'T FIND ANYONE MAKING THEM.

I would be surprised if its different for 80 Vs. the other years.

In reviewing the 78-81 Parts catalog I see part numbers for Lil Red and Warlock but none for the non chrome plated/no hole versions.

I'll keep digging and I do have a few extra sets of steps I can measure.

Are you looking for driver quality, 6.5' box?

Note the one guy I know manufactured these for short box was Bruce Horkey but he is showing them as currently not available.

I found them in the parts books and it appears there are different part number for 1980 and 1981.

Would be interesting to see what the differences are?

I will sort through my stash which includes a NOS step or two to compare.

After reviewing parts books and my stash here is what I am coming up with.

For a shortbox 115"WB they show chrome steps to be identical part numbers at least 77-83. These are the same as Lil Red steps less the exhaust hole. Note the left step is longer than the right.

I have a part # 4211660 which shows right step 1981, but this step is the same length as a older left and from the pic you will notice its the same as the left with the mounting holes and dimples in the wrong location. I always assumed this was stamped incorrectly.
