Where can I find correct finish brake hoses. Everything I have bought recently, Dorman,Wagner,Raybestos all have been a silver cad finish and I would like to find the gold cad finish hose for my 70 A body front Disc brakes

you can have them replated. I had my original power steering pressure line replated in the gold cad and it did not damage the rubber at all.

Well thanks for the link, but that place is a joke. Went there today with an old hose in hand , and the lazy POS behind the desk would not even get off is A** to look at my hose and compare it to what they had listed. All he did was look on the same screen online that you or I could and it lists only drum brake hoses, so he thinks there is no such animal. Such a shame to not acknowledge all of the A body cars that have KH 4 piston calipers with the correct brake hoses, they only list for 9 and 10 inch drum. When I look at their catalog one of their hoses sure looks correct in the picture, but of course I could not see in person because of the lazy counterman.

If all else fails, you might try calling Bob at Finelines. They produce all their own brake hoses, he might be willing to send you the ends so you can have them plated and they can produce the hoses with the plated ends you send back.
