I need to rebuild my heat riser valve in my exhaust manifold. I have a 69 Charger with a 440. Have looked everywhere and can't locate replacement or a rebuild kit. Any one know where I can buy one?

The original is in the exhaust manifold but it does not open and close, and also leaks spent gases on the block. So not sure what I would need to make it work? Be happy to buy whatever it would take.
