Working on a 70 Challenger steering column and the turn signal switch in it right now has three extra wires that are not plugged into anything after it leaves the column. In all my parts columns, I only have one like that. It appears to be oem and not a recent repop. I read that some oem switches for C bodies have corners lamps. Is that what those are for? Switch works fine but owner wants a new one.

You are right.

Mom & Dad let me buy a brand new 70 Challenger R/T 440 Six-Pack Super Trac Pack when I was 17

(Robert what is a 440 Six-Pack)
