Surprised this is so hard to find. Looking for the clips that hold the belt molding on a 68 Dart. I imagine the same for other years as well. They are 3/4" x 3/8" with the foam.
Not carried by RT or other usual places I can find. Mine are usable but would like clean rust free ones to put on.
Anyone have any good sources?
Thanks

Soak them in Evaporust and then put some epoxy primer on them?

Surface rust is nothing. If they have pits or are obviously about to break in half then I would have issues reusing them.

The one in photo is probably the best example. I was thinking of soaking in evaporust. Just thought it would be a fairly common clip given how many a-bodys came with this trim. Also they repro the trim, yet cant find the clips. Figured I would check.

I assume the belt molding is the one on the very top of the door next to the glass? If you reuse them, would you try to put some type of foam back on them before installation? My 68 Dart convertible has these style clips. I think mine are black though...not green.
