SportF pro stock S Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 1,211 Minn	I ran into this a couple of years ago when I put a late model converter on a 63 trans. No drive. When they changed the 727 input in 67, they also changed the 904. In my case, I replaced the front clutch and pump to allow the newer converter. This is also what is done to update the 727. Good luck.

I kinda have my doubts about the current one as it is (likely) a high mileage OE unit & it is going into a circle burner & will be abused.
