I have heard the dots within the date wheel represent the week other says it just the month. Why would there be maybe one dot in one section and four in another if it doesn’t represent the week?

The pie (wheel) should have 12 slices (month)

The dots are added for each week

that is what I thought but Scott Harms from a previous post about this said just the month is indicated
