Did it start? if not then I'd pull the top & checkout the floats/needle/seats. If it started but no AP squirt then I would take the top off & see if the ball bearing is under the pump plunger (iirc it has one). Wouldn't hurt to lightly lube the bowl screws with WD40 or some light oil, not a deal breaker but for alot of screw removal it helps maintain the alum bowl threads.

I think he means there is no fuel going into the fuel bowls.

Either the check valve are both stuck, the feed lines and passageways are plugged or it's not getting past the filter.

No fuel in the bowls, needles stuck on both sides, highly unlikley. No squirt from the pump. Now thats a possibilty. Either the pump plunger seal is dried and shrunk or the outlet check weight under the nozzle is stuck. Ive seen both.

As stated if no fuel in bowls then it would be a stuck needle or improperly adjusted or a blockage at the inlet. If gas is in the bowls I would make sure they used the correct bowl gaskets or if they were installed correctly.

if the fuel is coming up TO the filter, is it getting THRU the filter?
