slowpoke OP enthusiast S Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 344 Near Indy	Where should I connect hot from the electric choke? I understand it should be from a source that is hot only when the engine is running, but am not sure where that would be? The ballast resistor?? If so which side?? Thanks in advance.

RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,040 Lincoln Nebraska	from the choke run a wire down several inches & tap into the wiring harness running along the inside edge of the valve cover & tap into the blue wire thats going to the alt field lead (on a 2 field terminal alt) live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

If its 73 or newer its already there. If its older than 73 the previous posters gave you the correct way to do it.
