It could be but without proof (original fender tag, or Broadcast Sheet) there's no way to know for sure, especially on a restored car. It has a black Shaker Bubble which would typically be incorrect, should be red or Silver Argent.

He had the fendertag on the ebay auction, see it is gone now. At least it wasn't a factory 340 n96 dana car

WOW! I just got off the phone with the 3rd seller now.I tried to explain in a very nice and discrete
way that we know about this cuda.I let him talk and it seems that he is not a Mopar guy,but still I finally said the shaker was added and something is wrong with the Fender Tag.I don't think he got it
