I have seen some of the threads on the lower control arm cosmoline dipping and techniques. Question I have is, was the LCA bushing and pivot shaft in place when this was dipped?
On the UCA, were the rubber bushings installed after painting? I could never tell on any old control arm I have seen (too rusty overall). Dont recall seeing a NOS upper. I know I have never seen a painted ball joint, so I assume that was installed after.
