Got a 1993 dodge conversion van that the head lights stopped working on it, parking lights and tail lights work. How do you remove the head light switch?

it's ok to butt heads, just don't do it with a butthead

Take off either batt cable. The old stuff you pull the shaft out to turn on the h lights then tape a penny to your thumb and press on the little rounded nub in the middle on the bottom side of the head light sw which will let you pull the knob/shaft all the way out then unscrew (CCW) the bezel nut to free the switch then seperate the black bakelite electrical connector on it w the wires then it's free. If yours is still like this. EDIT b 4 you pull it see if you have fire at/to the dimmer sw & if so work from there downstream toward the lights. There's (3) terminals on the dim sw (1) hot in from the h lite sw then the other 2 go to either the low or the high beams so w h light sw on, 2 terminals should b hot depending if you are on low or high beams.
