Can hydraulic lifters, push rods, and rockers from a 1968 273 engine, drop in to a 1967 solid lifter 273 without any mods? Thanks.

Yes..... But NOT with the solid cam. The lifter type is NOT interchangeable. Hyd. with Hyd, solid with solid. Also, you must use NEW lifters on an old cam. NEVER reuse any lifter unless you return it to the exact same position. The exception is with roller lifters or certain "treated" lifters like those built by Schubeck.

Well you can run solid lifters on a hydraulic cam you just run a tighter lash .004 to .006 according to Crane a few years back when we did that.

Now Hyd on a solid??? still tapered to rotate the lifter, But not sure how it would work this way. A new cam and lifters is cheap then use the pushrods and rockers!

Dirt cheap for summit brand

in the long run you are better to get something like this using the 68 pushrods and rockers

It is not advised to run hydraulic lifters on a solid lifter camshaft. The clearance ramps on the solid cam will cause the pressure in the high pressure chamber of the hydraulic lifter to rise beyond recommended specifications (the lifter sees that as excessive base circle runout), possible causing lifter failure.
