Does anyone have a solution for gas coming out of vent tube after filling tank until about 3/4 tank on Gauge. I will stop, get out and see on pavement a gas stream and gas will drip for a few seconds.

Only fill it to 1/2 tank.

Attach small hose to vent tube and run to a point higher than any full fuel level point so that fuel will not reach that point and dribble out.
Another choice would be to plug that vent and use a vented gas cap.

The vented cap on a 68-70 B body is a bad idea because the filler tube is behind the license plate in the bumper , a fast take off has the gas spilling on the ground behind you.

There are 2 vents on the tank , do you have the short line connected to the right one and is it mounted up high in the shock crossmember ? Is the other vent line open and not clogged ?

John RR is correct. Are you sure the gas is coming out the end of the vent hose? My 69 Roadrunner came from the factory with a leaking vent tube at the tank due to bad sealing. When I bought my 69 GTX in 1990 it had the same problem, couldn't put in more than half a tank of gas. Ma Mopar fixed my original Roadrunner, and I put a new tank in the GTX.
