Trying to prime my 470 with stealth heads but I have no oil to the heads, the shafts are in correctly,I dont want to crank it over as it may wipe the assembly lube off the cam.Is there a certain position the cam needs to be in to allow oil to get to the heads?

yes, two different positions--one lubes the left, the other the right. Rotate the crank a bit while you prime.
Or, move crank a bit, prime, move it bit more prime...etc.

Try: timing marks on TDC #1 firing then a 1/4 turn & preoil dr side. 3/4 turn to TDC (#6 firing) & preoil pass side. EDIT if you're in between either of these just turn to the nearest one, the rotor will help tell you where you are at
