I have a 94 Jeep Wrangler 4.0, that only runs rough after hot restart. After a few minutes of driving it starts to run smooth again. It runs fine when started after the engine cools off or when starting after sitting overnight. There are no computer codes, fuel pressure is good, cap, rotor, wires, spark plugs, air filter, are all in good condition. I have have been using lucas fuel injection cleaner in the last several tank fills. Could I have a bad fuel injector that could be leaking fuel in to a cylinder after my engine is shut off?

A leaking injector is a possibility. The 4 liters in the late 90s had hot start issues. there is a TSB to put covers in the injectors and/ or a heat shield to prevent vapor lock.
