how many 1973 dart sports were made with 340s? could you still get ev2 orange or just fe5 rally red? guy called today says he has 1973 dodge dart sport 340 (he thinks hemi orange),(he thinks its console buckets four speed)he says white interior for sure, and factory black hood scoop and hood black out. im thinking maybe the car was red oe? have no info on 1972 and later mopars

White books lists 11,315 total. My friend has one of the 1,099 shipped for US four speeds.
Console was available with automatics only. FE5 was available. Pretty sure V2 was not.
There's lots of info on Hamtramck Historical on 72 and later.

 Will be very surprised if it turns out to be a 4-speed, with a console. None were made in 73, but doesn't mean that someone didn't take the time to make a automatic console work, or transplant a 70 and earlier in it. Lets us know!!! 
yes will do, was hoping it was 1972 340 demon, but after many questions sounds like 1973 dart sport 340. still waiting for guy to call back with vin# and price,ceby guy has it hope to get it cheap and pass the deal along here first.
