Im gonna rebuilt 906 head, 68 383. This is my first time rebuilt cylinder head. Does anyone know where can I get Rebuilt Kit?

Im thinking of using Driller (have reverse direction) hook to the new Valve and rotate it clockwise & counter-clockwise for better sealing, will that work?

Anyone did that at home, please share your knowledge, thank a lot!

with all due respect.....take the heads to a machine shop and have it done correctly. at bare minimum you need a good three angle valve job, check the deck surface for flatness (have them milled to clean if need be). check the guides for wear and a quality reassemble.

also have the machinist check the valve springs to see if they are fatigued.

good luck.
