I'm ready to install the w/s and back glass, and I need to know where the larger clips are to be installed.. My repo. book does not have this information in there. If any one has a good detailed diagram of this, it would help get this part of the project done... Also is there a certain distance the rear winow has to be set in the proper place.. Thanks
Bless all of those who lost life and homes in the deep south.

My 70 Charger needed rust repair in the rear window area. When it was time to set the window back in place, I bought a roll of the butyl rubber "rope" in the 3/8 thickness. The channel was a little uneven from the repairs, so after I set the rear window, I went around the entire perimeter with the gooey black windshield sealant. ZERO leaks!
Regarding the trim clips, Its hard to locate their positions with the trim in place as mine are. A general rule on the A body cars was that the clips are within 3 inches of the ends of each piece of trim and often no more that 12 inches apart. I would imagine that the B body cars would be similar.

The larger clips go on the bottom of the windshield.
I just did the front and rear window of my 68 Roadrunner and used the 5/16 3M glass tape on the rear. It worked fine.
My glass guy also applied a liquid sealer to the perimeter of the tape to prevent leaks. He normally installs the stainless trim at the same time to be sure the glass is not too high for the trim. (pushing it down as needed).. My trim was still being polished and I installed it later, but it came out fine with the 5/16 stuff.
