Hoping to do the job only once. What kind of sealer should I use? I have a Mopar Perf gasket ,not the cork type. Thanks.

ANY gasket should work fine. Just make sure the pan-rail is straight and flat.

Ex ackery!
The plastic gasket with the thin rubber embedded strips ? Those are great. ZERO sealant and re-useable!
