Guys,

I am going to do a leak down test on the 440 in my Charger.

I am pretty sure I will be rebuilding or replacing the heads.

My question is this: can I just take the rocker arms off to close the valves instead of trying to get TDC on each cylinder as I test it?

Or do the other valves need to be in their relative positions as I test each cylinder?

Thanks.

Greg

W both shaft assy's off just look at like you are (in effect) sealing up the top of each individual cyl for 8 seperate individual tests

live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

Cool, thanks Robert. I thought it would work, I just wanted to be sure.
