You can see the carb from inside the car in case of a fire, can reach in to put on / take off the carb cover plate. IMO, This is the best looking scoop. However sealing this scoop to the hood (mine was stock height) slowed my car down a tenth & half. I have heard many of others with the same results. If they worked they would be on all the stockers, & super stockers.
