can anyone tell me the rear frame dimensions for a 1970 roadrunner? Having trouble, removed old frame rails and installed after markets..the leaf spring hangers are not lining up right to the shackle, but the back tail panel is to the quarter.

There's your problem. Super stock hangers (front) move the spring rearward about 3/4-1 inch.
