Been in the family since new and in a barn for the past 25 years, Alabama truck and NO rust. It is a 6 cylinder with 3 on the tree. Would it be possible to put the cab and bed on a Dakota frame and install a 5.7 hemi with 5 speed automatic? Similar to what they are doing on power block TV by using a Dodge frame and running gear and installing a Ford 4 door cab and dually type bed. This way I can preserve my Dad's truck and have a reliable cruiser. This would be one cool MoFo. Advise please. You could just put the hemi into the stock (reinforced)ford frame Current project-'68 Charger, 5.7 Hemi, 4 speed, All wheel drive pro-touring beast, 315/30 18 wheels at all corners, custom everything
