Looks like a later model b/e-body master cylinder ( '71-'74 ). I know the inlet for the tubes on the '71 and up b-body were to the outside unlike the '69 model year..

What you have is a generic aftermarket casting , the booster is also not a factory installed Bendix unit .

Just order a master cylinder for a 69 Charger with Disc brakes and Big block , not hemi and see if you get one that looks closer than that one.

Be warned, if you get a Cardone product, be careful. I went through 3 and never found a good one. I believe in hindsight and further coaching, I should have checked the rear piston-2-pushrod relationship. The rear piston on the new reman. master cylinder was slightly different than my older OEM MC. If the front calipers lock up you or won't release, you may try slightly shortening the booster push rod into the master cylinder.

Take a look at Raybestos MC 36283 from Rock Auto, I've got that one on a 67 Coronet w/disc w/bendix booster and works great

It looks similar to the cardone 10-1572 I just put on my 74 D100.
