Greetings: Could someone tell me what options are available for adding a five-speed manual transmission to a car that currently has a four-speed manual transmission in it. The car is a 1973 Challenger. The car has a crate 360 (300HP) in it. Any options besides the Keisler OD TRanny? Thanks.

Passon Performance has a new 5-speed that will fit with no alterations except changing the clutch disc.

Keisler and Hurst offer 5-speed changover kits...all aren't cheap.

if you can live with a 4 speed, look for an A833OD out of a late 70's-mid 80's truck. tranny may need some work, though (bushing countershaft bores)
