Getting ready to install Indy EZ-1 heads. Should I use some kind of lube on the Manley head bolts? What should I torque them to?

I called Manley a while back and they said their bolts for the EZ heads are coated and I torqued mine in 3 steps 30/50/70 ft lbs. Ran it on several dyno runs with no leakage or problems...
