Will a 68 b-body power steering column work in a 67 b-body power steering car? If it works, is it a straight swap in or does anything on the 68 column have to been change?

Thanks for any and all answers

One thing to be aware of on a column shift column -

If the column came from a LATE '68, it probably won't have the provision for the column mounted reverse light switch. I found this out on my wagon; it's a late car and has the '69-up rev light / neutral safety combo switch in the trans and no switch on the column.

If you're doing a floor mounted column, it's not an issue, the switch is at the shifter.
