Anyone know of a source for a thumbwheel type of dash light switch for a 68 Roadrunner?

ebay or a want ad , I'm not sure if its available as a repop , but it needs to be ...

The bad is it will be made in China and one day it will short out and cause your car to burn your house to the ground .

YMMV

Chargerspecialties.com has a repro, not cheap at $110, though

I have posted a wanted ad and there is nothing on EBAY at the moment. I might try and take it apart to see if it is repairable. Maybe Radio Shack has a rheostat that will work.

I've had good luck cleaning them with fine emery cloth, a small brass brush and electrical contact cleaner. Doesn't do much for the thumbwheel though.

I can't afford this. mark
