Found a leak comming from the tranny.
Before I remove the plug, does it use thread sealant or is there an o-ring under the head?

It's a flat paper gasket, this is the reverse detent .... BE CAREFUL , put the trans in reverse first, remove the top nut first , pull out the spring and fish out the steel ball or else it will fall intothe trans when you pull out the holder.

What's that red carp drooling down the side ??? don't say ATF ...

Are you this thing yet ?

Ummm.. OK, I won't say it then...

Seriously, I initially filled it w/ATF specifically to sniff out any leaks (which it did). 90 weight gear is going in.
