78 360 engine, not raced, just a good one for performance and mileage. Edelbrock? Weiand?

LD340 if you can find one. RPM or Airgap next choice. All are by Edelbrock

my second choice would be an eddy performer with a 600-650 vac sec Holley or maybe even a 670 Holley Street Avenger.

I would sooner use stock cast iron spread bore 4 barrel intake even be low $$ compared to a Performer. Only advantage to the Performer is a little weight.
