I have an '04 Pacifica w/ATC. The ATC no longer controlls fan speed, Fan is always on, and at steady speed even if I go to manual. The Delay doesnt work either.
Could you please advise as weather it is the fan resistor or the controll module? or somthing else
Thanks in advance
Bill

Could be the blower fan resistor "module". was just a blower resistor, but now its a fancy card looking thing. They burn out just like any other blower motor resistor. They arent too expensive and sit in the blower fan housing, or heater housing area.

Sounds to me like thats your problem.

Thats what I was thinking but the loss of the delay function and the fact that I cant ever turn teh fan off even when I turn off teh ATC made me reconsider. The resistors are cheep @ $16.00

Better rethink that....Pacifica ATC blower motor control modules are about 78 bucks
These are a solid state controller...not the typical blower resistor like you are thinking.

They list two, a resistor and a module

Blower motor, Control module
Pacifica, w/ATC
List Price : $77.95
Your Price : $56.10

and

Blower motor, Resistor
Pacifica
List Price : $16.85
Your Price : $12.12

They also list a module w/o ATC but not a resistor w/o ATC

I just bought the 5 book set of manuals, so once they get here I'll figure it out
Thanks for the input
