My 69 Dart has the original low back bucket seats in it (no headrests). I have a pair of 1973 A-body high back buckets I have been thinking of putting in the Dart as I like the high back style. What do you guys think about putting high back buckets in a car that they were not originally offered on? Do you think they would look O.K. or out of place? Has anyone else here put later model high backs in an older model that only low back buckets (with or without headrests) were available on?

I would say its a matter or personal taste amd what you are going to do with the car.

If you take it to shows people who would even know the differce might call you on it.

Of course the car would be worth more in the long run correct as possiable.

There comes a time in life, when you walk away from all the drama & people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good.

Your choice , if you like them who cares what anyone else thinks , just save the other seats and put them back should you decide to sell it .
