I'm helping a friend rebuild a 69 Charger and he needs new front brake drums. The problem is he can't find any through the local parts stores. Where do you guys recommend? The brakes are 10x2 1/2.

Year One advertises them (expensive). Its a really good time to consider a front disk swap before spending money on the drums. See the Mopar Action website for a swap with OE components (JY or new) or Master Power Brakes for OE style kits or Behr Brakes or Dr Diff or others for "big brake" options.

The disks really do stop better.

Drums are available from Napa, they are around 120 for the fronts, 50 for the rears each, look online at napaautoparts.com

PS... if you want a set of 11 x 2.5" drums complete with backing plates and all internal brake parts shoot me a PM (70 E). They worked when removed.
