My GTX has 3, 1 supply line, 1 return from the filter, and 1 vapor return from the valve cover breather. Randy

Filter? You referring to the vapor seperator?
Yes , but a 383 didn't normally have a vapor separator

It shouldn't matter if I throw in a VS, right? Can't hurt?
If you have 3 lines and the car had ECS then you need one if you want to use that line , otherwise cap it off ?
