geting closer to swaping out the rearend in angies challenger. its a 74ralley challenger and now has the factory rear sway bar but will have a 8 3/4 out of a 66 b body and disc brakes my ? is what do i do about a sway bar? i bought all the rear offset hangers/shackels so will have a 10 wide wheel under the car i know i cant be the first to have this problem so what did you guys come up with? ralph

I used the stock sway bar but I took it to the press & bent the ends inward 1" per side.. All I did was set the bar in the press with the 90 degree bend that forms the arm centered across the bed of the press, I used a piece of 3/8 flat bar as a press adapter to fit into the "V" formed by the bar & applied force... The bar bends easily & all I did was measure between the arms till each one came in about 1"...

did you make a peice to shove down on the bar as not to gouge it?
